As long as the product is in stock in our warehouse, your order will take 2-5 business days to arrive. If this product is not regularly stocked and requires a special order, delivery dates can be affected and will depend on product stock at the manufacturer.

Unfortunately as of right now we cannot offer in-home delivery. The product will be delivered to a garage, driveway or covered area. The area must not have any obstacles or obstructions such as stairs, hallways, doors etc.

For regularly stocked items, a minimum of 3 boxes must be presented for return. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of purchase. Boxes must remain unopened. No returns/cancellations for custom and special orders. No returns/cancellations for ordered carpet. Products arriving from the United States (all Shaw and COREtec products) – Minimum 300 sqft return + Cost of shipping to the United States applies. Customers must pay 25% restocking fee. No exceptions. Returns cannot be accepted through shipping format and must be brought back to the store.

Yes! There are matching transition pieces that can be purchased for your flooring. We try to stock as many of the most popular colours as we can, however there may be some that are special order products and may delay the delivery of your order. Please contact the store for more details.

SPC : Stone Plastic (or Polymer) Composite, is more cost friendly, has increased moisture resistance and fare better in spaces that are not heated or cooled, like three-season rooms.
WPC: Wood Plastic (or Polymer) Composite, is thicker and lighter than the SPC core. It is softer underfoot making it more comfortable to stand or walk on for longer periods of time. Its thickness can give it a warmer feel and works well at absorbing sound.
